There is something to be said for keeping it simple. In a world that usually feels like a constant race, just wishing for a bit of peace and some decent energy is probably the most honest thing we can do for each other. Sometimes the best "holiday spirit" isn't the big gestures, but just having the health and the quiet to actually enjoy a conversation without looking at the clock.
